TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Social Instinct (www.socialinstinct.com). By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
CLIENT CANCELLATION
Deposits are non-refundable. Once a project has commenced, cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the initial 50% deposit. This policy ensures compensation for the time and resources dedicated to your project.
Additionally, if the project is at the half-way mark and the client wishes to cancel, any additional payments (payment plan, add-ons, etc.) and the required 50% deposit will not be refunded. Any designs that have not yet been forwarded or presented to the client remain under the ownership of Social Instinct and will not be sent to the client for personal or public use under any circumstance.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
Clients must provide all necessary information within 7 days of the project start date. Failure to do so may incur a $100 restart fee. Timely communication is essential to maintain project schedules and deliver quality work.
Social Instinct reserves the right to terminate any project under the following conditions:
REFUNDS
All payments, including deposits and consultation fees, are final and non-refundable. This policy covers the resources allocated and potential business lost during the project period.
PAYMENT
Projects under $200 require full payment upfront. For web design projects, a 50% deposit is required to begin, with the balance due as per the project agreement. Additional fees for extra services will be included in the final payment. Delayed final payments will result in withholding of the completed project and may incur late fees.
TURNAROUND TIME
Projects have specific completion timelines. Clients must submit all required materials within 5-7 days. Late submissions will extend the timeline by an additional 7 business days.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
Upon full payment and project approval, clients receive full ownership of the final design. However, designs cannot be resold or misrepresented as created by another party. Sample designs remain the property of Social Instinct and are not for public use.
WEBSITE PLATFORMS
We specialize in WordPress, Shopify, SquareSpace, Contentful, and Webflow websites. Changing the platform mid-project will incur a $300 fee. A detailed web design contract will be provided upon project initiation.
REVISIONS
Projects include a specified number of free revisions. Minor changes are covered, but major revisions or new requests will incur additional charges. Each completed revision cycle counts as one round of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included amount are charged at $30 per round.
CONSULTATIONS
Consultations are $75, deductible from the total service cost. Each session lasts 30 minutes and is conducted via phone or Zoom. Consultation fees are non-refundable and payable via all major credit cards and bank transfer.
COMMUNICATION
All project-related communication should be conducted via email (hello@shopsocialinstinct.com). Please avoid using WhatsApp for project details to ensure all information is properly documented.

Once clients have been onboarded, correspondence are held via client portal for ease of access for important and sensitive information.
PROJECT COMPLETION
Projects are considered complete after final payment, revisions, and approval. Any additional revisions requested post-completion will incur a $75 fee.
